FRAMEWORK

How we research, analyse, implement and then assess and improve our Sustainability Purpose through application of the UN Sustainability Goals.

The goals, by their very nature, are global and apply to many situations and activities where our impact can vary from considerable to minimal.

Rather than take a word for word interpretation, we use the goals as a framework, adapting it to our upstream, downstream and internal activities to arrive at a set of goals and targets which best apply to Paterson Architects, where we can contribute to sustainable design, processes and development.

Our goals and targets are as follows, those related to our design work are in bold. Targets are referenced using SDG numbering. Wording is selected based on its relevance to us and italics is used where we have input wording to indicate this relevance.

These are regularly reviewed and will evolve as we learn and adapt.
