What does high performance look like?
Today's world is obsessed with High Performance – and rightly so. Very few people are willing to accept average, or, worse still, pay top dollar and receive mediocrity. As you determine your choice of architect, we’re sharing our vision of what ‘High Performance’ looks like.
High performance is matching expectations
While much of the world talks about ‘exceeding expectations’, that’s not quite as relevant at Paterson Architects. For us, it’s all about understanding what you need from the project, then delivering it. Exceeding expectations would mean adding things that aren’t asked for or needed. Matching expectations implies we understand what you expect and will work hard to be in sync with what you set out to achieve. If you’re confident we’re on the same wavelength, we’ve matched your expectations.
High performance is delivering an inspirational concept
We’re here to inspire you via human-centred design. We love nothing more than interpreting your ideas and turning them into designs that will remind us all what it is to be human by awakening the senses and causing you to ‘feel’ something.
High performance is removing any doubt
We’re not about forcing you in any particular direction – we work with you, not for you. By openly discussing goals, aspirations and processes, we create confidence in our ability to deliver (good communication creates a strong dynamic between everyone involved). Then we work hard to get a quick start, and move forward in a methodical way. It establishes energy, confidence, future vision and a great work ethic.
High performance is workplace culture
Human-centred design starts with the humans inside our walls. We place a strong emphasis on the calibre of the people we employ and are pleased to say we have a consistent team experiencing very low turnover.
Our beliefs are what drive us to design award-winning architecture.
