Waterfront Apartments Mandurah

With the land tile extending into the estuary, we were commissioned to design a waterfront development comprising of 8 apartments, two per floor to each side of a central hallway, all built directly above communal facilities for all residents, and undercover parking with river access for the enjoyment of the residents. It was envisaged that this would provide the opportunity for varying water activities, with canoes /wave skis or the like stored in the undercover parking area. The development received development approval from the City of Mandurah.
