This development comprises 25 one and two-bed apartments and more than 700m² commercial floor space over 7 storeys, all on an 830m² site on the edge of the CBD.

The design was awarded “Design Excellence” by the City which allowed for density and height bonuses; the development was approved at 7 storeys in an area zoned for only 4 storeys.

Following recent changes in market conditions, the development has been re-configured to a mix of studio, one and two-bed serviced apartments. Due to its close proximity to Perth Central TAFE this re-design includes student accommodation as part of its target market.
